NASA WorldWind Survey and New Releases on the way

New releases for the WorldWind Java and Web platforms are ready, however they are being delayed due to new NASA software release processes. The WorldWind team has been working to addressing the required software release actions. Once we are able to release the new versions, future versions should go much smoother and faster. • Technology upgrades including Java 11 support
• More secure third-party dependency management
